Master Gardener's Plant Sale on May 9th!

The Clinton County Master Gardener's will be hosting their annual plant sale & workshop classes, with a special rain barrel class, on Saturday May 9th from 9am to 2pm. The event will be held at the Ohio State Extension Community Room located at 111 S. Nelson Ave. in Wilmington.

Classes will start at 10am and participants are encouraged to register for any and all classes by calling OSU extension at 937-382-0901. Below are the classes, times, and costs.

10am: "How to plant a fairy garden or terrarium." Cost: Free
(Bring a basket or glass bowl/jar to plant).

11am: "Cooking with Herbs." Cost: Free (Use your growing herbs and make delicious dishes).

12pm: "Attracting Hummingbirds." Cost: Free (Make and Take)

1pm: "Rain barrel and connection kit." Cost: $50 (Set up and learn how to use your own rain barrel). Registration Required!
